Experience

M.S., Human Factors (Embry-Riddle, 2025); 6+ years of human-subjects research (CITI-certified; co-authored peer-reviewed work). Usability, UX research, and human-centered design across everyday and emerging technology.
Contributed to crew-station human factors on Blue Origin's MK2 lunar-lander flight deck: anthropometric accommodation (ANSUR II), sightlines, and human-in-the-loop mockup evaluations, to NASA-STD-3001.
Cognitive Systems Engineering: work-domain analysis, decision ladders, crew-alerting, and human-centric vs. automation-centric design, keeping the human in authority.
Neuroergonomics: movement, eye-tracking, and EEG (Python/MATLAB); active studies on attention and workload while people work with AI (Chaotic Curiosity x Pooladvand Lab).
Treat AI adoption as an applied human-factors problem: evaluate usability and redesign workflows around real behavior (Zillow, 2,700+ people).
